Hello,

I would like to send 8 packages, each about 800 grams via SAL (surface mail) at China Post to Germany. However the post office says this is not possible anymore, there is no sending via ship either, indeed there is only Airmail to choose from. But Airmail is too expensive for me. Do you have any advice where I can send the packages via SAL? I am in Suzhou, Jiangsu, there must be another post office or place.

Also, do you know why SAL service has stopped and when it will possibly be possible to use again?

surface mail might take up to 6 months to arrive and has very high lost rate. not suggest you to use surface mail.
