I paid an extra $15 for fast / VIP delivery which takes 2_3 days delivery according to the information provided. I tried to track my parcel and discoverd that it belongs to a slow shipping service.I want to know where is my parcel since I paid for fast delivery.

RU862575871CN is a cheap service which might take up to 3 months to reach South Africa. You are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute for compensation.
