I sent 25th April from the UK and it says it has been in China from 5th May

your parcel arrived China Post office in 阊门支局 on May 5. It seems to have delivery problem like many other parcels which have no address in Chinese.

You need ask receiver call the postman in that post office to pickup the parcel. His name is 李军 phone number 18251135213

The receiver has called but the post office has said it is not there? It is in a handling centre? Is this true?
What will happen to the parcel if it is not delivered?
Please can you try deliver again?

the parcel is in 阊门支局. China Post record shows that receiver want to pickup the parcel by himself, so no delivery was made.
