I sent a package RL691824672IE to China 28/032018. The latest info is
2018-04-09 13:21Guangzhou processing Center, has imported mutual seal (domestic). There is no update almost a month. I want to know where it is and who will pay for it if is lost.

RL691824672IE arrived China on Apr 9. It should have delivery problem. Ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

Could you give me more deatails about what's happened? Wrong address or addresser doesn't want to collect the parcel? Thank you very much for your help.

No more detail. You need contact receiver to pickup the parcel, if he/she does not response your request, it means he/she does not want the parcel.
