Hello!

I ordered my product(from aliexpress) almost more than 15 days ago. The seller gave me this tracking number: RK285811890CN
There were no tracking information, so i contacted the seller a few days ago and he said that because of some reasons, he just sent out the parcel, so i waited. That was 4-5 days ago, but there's still no tracking information. Is it a real tracking number, and i just have to wait or is this fake? shall i open a dispute?

if no track info, it means your seller did not ship the goods. you can wait one more week, if still no result, open dispute
