the parcel is looping in nanjing customs. not sure the exact reason. however, this is a very bad sign which means your parcel can not pass customs scan. you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel refund from seller.

Thanks but why is the package not returned to sender/seller like in our countries do ??

It might be returned, but status will show looping in same place even it was actually returned.

Hi. I have a same situation. RK325230365CN and it is looping in the parcel is looping in nanjing customs. I ordered a Clarissonic. I really dont understand why my order cannot pass the scan control. I am in contact with seller who also is checking with shipping agent. I really want to get my order

Looping in customs over 10 days normally is a very bad sign. In most cases, it mean the parcel can not pass customs check. You should open dispute for non-arrival parcel and claim refund.
