Hello,

Tracking Number: RJ075793462CN

the parcel is stucking in "Export Customs Scan" for 13 days now.

The parcel has no battery inside.

Your F.A.Q tells: "If your parcel stuck in this status for more than 2 or even 3 weeks. Normally this means the parcel have problems to pass security check and will be returned to shipper."

Does it mean that the parcel is still in China or does the parcel have problems to pass security check?

I know it's rush season, but when I may receive my parcel?

in rush season, you might take double time than regular season. you should get the goods in end of Jan.
