RH249943147CN left Shanghai China on Oct 28. You can not know parcel status when it is outside china because none will scan it anymore. Normally you should wait another 2 to 4 weeks before you get the parcel.

I was told 14 days. it is past that, if it isn't in China where is it???? cause if it was in Australia, I should have had that by now????? it doesn't take 14 days by aeroplane????? so I would like to know where this is, it is extremely bad service... you have a tracking number but you can't track it???? that doesn't make sense, why do you bother giving one if you have no idea where this is...????????????

I was meant to have it, as it is required for this weekend, I bought it a month in advance for this reason, and I was told shipping would take no longer then 14 days, if I have to go buy something else, it means I am out of pocket twice???? I would like my money back for the so called posting

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php?code=RH249943147CN shows the item was posted on 25-Oct, but it leaving China on 28-Oct is really the more important date.

Normally the tracking would be updated when the item reaches Australia, the average time for which I think is 2-3 weeks....but AusPost does not put tracking information online for incoming registered mail items, so it's not possible to know if it's arrived in-country or not. =/

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

While it's in transit between China and Australia, it can't be updated -- the parcel is in a sealed mailbag; nobody can scan it even if they wanted to. I'd be more irate that AusPost isn't scanning your item on arrival.

Whatever delivery time you were promised by the seller is between you and them. Definitely take it up with them if your item hasn't been delivered within the promised time; most credit cards will put a chargeback through on those grounds.

I have already had this discussion with them, it is extremely rude, that incorrect information is given all round when you pay to have a service tracked and you can't even track it
