Does anybody have more info on this parcel. Its been stuck at "Departure from outward office of exchange" now for 2 weeks.

Thank you for the reply. I had allready looked in to that status en that does not give me much reassurance. There the status is stuk at Export Customs Scan. dated 19-12
Is your custom zo terribly slow? Its a gift. No batteries. Not mechanical. So why is it held so long in that status. Please reply!

now is rush season, government processing is slow. You can not push them to speed up the customs clearance.
