Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan ,remark (rejected )

Does this mean my package was rejected? Is it still in china? I ordered om 18 November 2016 and have still not received the parcel. Ty

2. First of all your parcel was receive by China Post on the 23 Nov. Your parcel was ready to ship out on the 02 Dec but for whatever reason on the 02 Jan your parcel is incoming back or never left China with a mention Import Customs:
