I sent a parcel from Japan to Dongpu Town, Tianhe Dist., Guangzhou, Guangdong, China by EMS. She always uses business name, so I wrote her business name on transmittal form.
But she said EMS didn't hand in the parcel because it's not her real name. She said EMS needs to receive the notice that revise receiver's name from Japan EMS office.
I asked to Japan EMS office = Japan Post again and again, but they just said only they can do is ask the situation of a parcel, and no way to revise receiver's name.
Finally I added her real name on my sender's copy of transmittal form, took picture, and sent it her and asked her to try to work out with the picture... but she can't. They said they need the notice from Japan Post, but Japan Post says no way to revise name.

Does anyone know good solution?
I can't speak Chinese, I just can write in poor English.
I tried to find out the customer service of the Chinese local office of EMS and ask directly, but I can't find.
I've sent several parcels to China, but I've never got this problem. I think to use business name is very popular in China, so I don't know why it happens.

The parcel is important thing, so she requested to send it again without EMS. But it's very expensive if use other way and need several procedure, and take a time...
The receiver told me the EMS people were very bad guys and don't want to go to their office again... I think they got into a kind of tangle though I don't know why.
