I tracked the packages and all of it is this status:

"Returned from Customs (CUSTOMS STATUS: Import authorized) "

The other end is waiting for it and have no idea what is going on. I told them it is still in process and there must be a delay but the packages are arrived already.

Please HELP, I need to get the real time status of this packages since I am not in the Philippines, communication with PhilPost is very difficult. I already sent an email inquiry but have not received any reply yet.

The Philippines customs in your local post office seems have problem. They do not accept import parcel. You need contact your local Philippines Post to pay some money and pickup the parcels.

The status means that it is still at customs. Wait for few days and it will be delivered to the local post office.
