Hi ,

I have odrered on aliexpress from china to india..It reached India Kolkata on 22nd May,16 and sent to customs for verification. Since then there is no update on package.. after that tracking changes did not happen. It more than 15 days from below status. I am really worried that what happened to my package... can some one guide. I tried to reach kolkatta customs PO and they did not respond..

RF245313579CN is the tracking id .

Status still says Awaiting presentation to customs, does it mean, they didnt checked it yet.

how many will taken by customs to clear..my self is small packet. and I am worried.

1. You might want to call here:
For International Mails related queries call our Toll Free number 1800-11-2011
This number is India Post.

2. Maybe they forgot you parcel in a corner or you need to pay customs but you need to phone to find out what is the problem with your parcel.
