Dear all,
I have bought a mobile but two weeks ago it became faulty.
I have contacted Gearbest.com and I have sent back to them my mobile using Registered Air Mail from Italy and this is the code: RA553811168IT
I have tried to track it using your site but I don't understand what's goinn on because it seems to trying to delivery but unsuccesfull.
Please, could you help me?
What I have to do?

RA553811168IT is in China Post office in destination (china post 南油 branch). You should ask receiver go to that branch and pickup the parcel.

parcel?
Do you have any phone number to call?
It's strange that the receiver has to go to the post office...

the parcel should have address problem(for example, address only in English can not be understood by delivery man) and can not be delivered. ask receiver call 11185 and arrange pickup.

If the receiver will refuse to contact 11185 what I have to do?
Do you have any email address of the post office?

If receiver refuse to contact 11185, you need contact marketplace (ebay/aliexpress etc) to report the problem. receiver intentionally giving you wrong address or refuse to collect parcel is against ebay/aliexpress policy.
