Hi , I was sent 4 packs , from Iran to china and only 1 package was received in about 9 days.
I've been tracking everyday for other 3 packs and... in different websites got different results ... In Iran postal tracking system it says :
"EVENT TYPE - Record item customs information (Inb) 1/23/2019 9:50:00 AM "
On the other hand,
In other tracking websites it shows a message like this :
"Item Sent to customs for processing"
Or in Chinese written like this (translated) :
" Xi'an, arrived at China Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd. Xi'an Mail Processing Center Processing Center (transfer) "
... why would others arrive separately when posted all-together??
So could it be custom clearance related problems???
PS. I don't think there's illegal stuff in those parcels as well. Maybe a deodorant or sth??
