Hi fellows.. I am new to this community but an active follower of this forum as i do a lot of purchasing from Aliexpress.

Buying from China is cheaper than buying locally but one should have a good amount of patience while ordering anything from AE or any other website of similar sort.

If you need anything on an urgent basis, use Hong Kong shipping or Singapore shipping. The product should reach you within 15-25 days. I have ordered couple of things and it reached my within 10-15 days.

China registered post is the slowest of them all. It might take upto 6 months to deliver. Frankly speaking, i have tried china registered post once out of 15 items i have bought from AE and i have never received it. it was a Bluetooth headphone.

You might be thinking if i am gone mad when i say upto 6 months? No here you go, see by yourself. This package was ordered in Jan and was delivered in June :)). Its not mine but i found it on google.

If your package shows "Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA/Mumbai AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE " and the previous column shows "China/Beijing", it means the product is still in China and has not entered India. So don't trouble yourself following up with India Post.

A package takes more time in that particular stage, post that everything is quick.
