2018-11-07 05:54:00 delivery failed

Firstly it tried to deliver at 5:54am , secondly there is no option for me to find out where it has gone to and if I can reschedule a realistic delivery time.

LZ979998188CN is in the hand of Royal Mail. You need call Royal Mail to make re-delivery or arrange pickup.

LZ979998188CN, Thank you, but I have not received any Royal Mail tracking code I can obtain quote in order to order a redeliver.
