Please advise what happening with my package LY737879357cn. Company said it was shipped from the 18th?

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

After 3 days, if your seller does not get response, open dispute immediately.
