Hi chinapostvolunteer,

My parcel left China for more than 30 days now and did not arrive its destination (in Colombia). The tracking number is RP035346775CN.

Do you think my parcel is lost? Should I claim refund (got it from Alibaba)?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP035346775CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Sep 17. Normally parcel will take 4 to 8 weeks to reach Colombia. Your parcel is still in normal time frame.

If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute to aliexpress. Otherwise keep waiting.

RoyalMail website shows LZ919818604CN arrived RoyalMail post office in Thornton Heath DO. You need go to that post office to pickup the parcel asap.
