Hello,
My cargo had to arrive within 3-4
days and I ordered it on April 20th. Then I waited 10 days and it didn't arrive. Could I receive an update on where my package is?
The package number is LL197984988CN. The company says the package was despatched from sorting center on April 25th but there is no news since that day.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LL197984988CN shows the parcel was shipped on April 25. It is waiting in airline warehouse for available flight space from Guangzhou to Italy.

It is now should be in some middle place between China Post and Italy Post system(custom warehouse in Guangzhou or custom warehouse in Milan). you can not see new status until parcel passes Italy customs. this might take 7 to 20 business days.

Everything is normal, please just wait some more days.
