http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LT053200627CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post office to Georgia on Sep 20. Normally such epacket should arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. It must be lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute for lost parcel.
