http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY703013461CN shows the parcel was just shipped on Sep 20. it is waiting for flight space from china to Miami. Waiting time can take 7 to 20 days.

Once it arrives Miami, USPS website will show US location in tracking result.
