I placed an order on 30th September and when I check the tracking number LZ878088608CN it says this:

Date Time Status
2018-10-01 02:07:00 Shenzhen EMS Corp international business Corp collected (collector::周彩英,Phone :)

2018-10-04 07:38:06 left Shenzhen going to London Heathrow Airport aero hub

2018-10-04 07:38:06 left Shenzhen going to Shenzhen EMS Corp 中快(Hong Kong )Dept

Can you give me an update please and let me know when I can expect to receive my package?

your tracking result shows the parcel has left china post warehouse. It will wait flight to UK and then get UK customs inspection. You can not see new update until UK customs scan the parcel. This might take 10 to 20 days.

Once UK customs gives the parcel to royal mail, Royal mail website will shows its location in UK.
