The parcel is still in German Post system, you should contact German post and try to pickup the parcel asap.

How can I contact them and how could I give them the data to track down the parcel?

you need check your local phone directory book and find out german post customer service number, give them the tracking number and inquiry how to pickup the parcel.

you should call Nigeria Post to pickup the parcel. the parcel now is under their control.

the parcel is in Nigeria Post. you should contact Nigeria Post and try to pickup the parcel asap. We don't know why Nigeria Post failed to deliver the goods to you.
