Today. I noticed that my order was returned to China. You are the the worst postal office. I need an answer urgent, why my order was returned, and why you don`t tell me anything???
I was talking with you since April 25th, you tell me that my order take 6 weeks in arrive to Argentina.

you can ask aliepxress refund you money if they told you the parcel was returned.

I know this, but they don´t return my money, because the purchase is finished before I can open a dispute. Because you always said that my order was intransit to Argentina.
So, you are the Official Postal Office, and you have to tell the seller Lixia Chen, that my order was returned, so they can refund my money. I don't understand why Aliexpres know this situation and you don´t.......Ali Express is not the Postal Office, you are....

as you did not take action against seller before dispute deadline, you can not get your money back by regular solution. now the only way you can do is talk to seller and tell him if he does not give you refund or replacement, you will leave a negative feedback on him. normally aliexpress seller will give you some solution as negative feedback might downgrade his shop.

But if you dont tell to my seller that my package is lost, they never reound my money.
