the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 3. normally you need wait about 2 to 4 weeks after the date to get the parcel.

RC106278991CN stucks in Customs almost one month. It might have some problem to pass security check. You need to file a non-receipt dispute with paypal or aliexpress asap.
