How comes, that the package is not arriving at my house?

Here the results of my queries:

Received by China Post Beijing Germany 20140107 1425
Sent to airline Beijing Germany 20140109 0527

then:
The shipment has arrived in the destination country Fri, 10.01.2014 17:48 Uhr IPZ-Ffm, Germany

Now, 13 days later it has not arrived!

I don't want a refund,
I would like to know, if there is a chance, that my package arrives at my home?

China post can't help you once it's in its destination country. It's handed over to your local post company in Germany. You're gonna have to contact them. They will track where exactly it is In Germany

How can I see, who is my local post in Germany.
We have DHL, UPS, FedEx...
