Hi, can I please have an update on tracking number RB983983568CN as no information is available on the tracking site.

you can track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, there should be some tracking result.

If tracking result is "Success find: 0 items!", it means the tracking number is invalid. China Post has NOT received this parcel. then you should report fraud to paypal and claim refund.
