RB833969372CN arrived Kenya Customs on Nov 29. You should contact Kenya Post to find detail of the parcel. Kenya Post is the local delivery agent of China Post.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel was just shipped. It is now in Beijing airport waiting for export process.

stuck in customs for 2 to 4 weeks is normal, you need some patient.
