it stuck at Export Customs Scan at Beijing from 19/12/13 is it returned to the seller?

Track your item with your greek postal service. If they've got it then they can locate your item. If they don't have it, then it hasn't been sent to airline, probably something wrong with your item at customs. Could be anything from not filling out the correct customs form to not providing the correct info. Best to contact seller.
