Bought some items from DHGate from seller luck0828, I'm hoping this is not a fake code or it has been sent by some other means! But code is not found online! Please if anyone can give any information reguarding this code or DHgate refund policy I would appreciate it. Many thanks.

RB353769924CN is not valid number. You should ask seller what is the real shipment date or what is real tracking number. tell him not lying to you because you can verify the shipment date in china post tracking website. If seller does not give you reasonable answer, claim refund from dhgate.

Thank you sir, I have tried 3 times to contact the seller and no reply! I have requested a refund from the seller.
