Hi!
since almost 3 weeks ago my parcel is struck to the "sent to airline" status. This is my first order from China and I'm wondering if everything is allright. 3 weeks wainting for a plane look a bit too much ...

RB261384653CN was sent to airline on Jan 15.Normally you will wait about 2 to 3 weeks to get the parcel after "sent to airline" date.

Do you known the frequency on witch they update the tracking information? Like once a day, every hour and so on
