I ordered an item off Amazon.com that was expected to arrive between Dec. 10 - Dec. 17, but it has still not arrived yet, and it is Jan. 3. I checked the tracking data and the latest update says that the item was sent to airlines on Dec. 5, but nothing else has occurred after that.

How should I proceed to receive my order?

all the orders are delayed.I´m also expecting 5 packages and only 2 are accounted for

why haven´t the tracking websites updated their information ??
