Hello,
If someone can tell me what does this mean: "The item (RT272683640HK) was in transit within its destination country on 28-Apr-2015."
Does it mean that the item is already in my country?

NO. Parcel from HK to MACEDONIA will transit through many cities and countries, you can not know the exact location at this moment.I believe you need to wait at LEAST 2 to 3 more weeks to get the goods.
