Post Problem with Package from Beijing to Spain

Hello. My package CP370927727CN went back to the post office I sent it from. Why? Also, I can't go look for it because I don't live in China. I just send it to my house in Spain when I was in vacation in Beijing because I didn't have any room left in my luggage. What can I do and how can I contact the post office or customer service? Is it possible that I pay extra for them to send it to Spain again? Thanks

CP370927727CN was returned to your original post office. Unfortunately you can not make re-delivery even you want to pay extra money.

Next time , please use EMS instead of such regular air/sea parcel to ship goods to Spain.

I used what the person working in the post office told me to. I didn't even choose it, it was the only option she gave me. There has to be a solution? Can I have a friend to go and get the package for me?

You can ask your friend go to that post office and try your luck.
