Post Problem with my package, Seemed to leave china now its back in china

Hello

My Parcel EA321916793CN with EMS appears to have a problem, tracking for it shows it arrived in New Zealand, then the next bit of tracking says its back in China

The message is to arrange shipping

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 27 and left China on Sep 29. it is on the way to New Zealand.

thanks for the reply, but then why does http://www.ems.com.cn/mailtracking/e_you_jian_cha_xun.html show that it was going to leave new zealand then customs now have it again and are holding it, and aliexpress tracking shows its held in customs

you no need care about that message, parcel will arrive NZ in about 2 to 3 weeks. Just be patient and wait.
