Post Problem in customs?

Hi, I have posted on this forum before asking where my package was. Ive waited another week and tracking still has not updated. The seller has not messaged me back in weeks so it looks like im on my own. Is there a chance my package will never get to me? Or should I just keep being patient?

1. If you still have buyer protection for this parcel then open a dispute to get your money. Your parcel has been on the road for 57 days, that is way to long.

2. If by any chances you don't have buyer protection, then the only thing to do is hope the parcel will arrive one days because you can not track the parcel on the USPS site. And according to you, contact will seller is impossible.

3. You could try this, go to your local USPS Office and ask to talk to the supervisor and ask him with his tracking system if can trace the parcel for you. Something to try, hope it works.
