Hello Good Friend,

I have had a parcel stuck for a some time. The parcel number is RI821664166CN. Is this still in China or has it left for Canada? http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php says "Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared" but nothing else...

the parcel should be outside china now.you can not see new status after parcel left china.

Hello,
when you see "expost customs cleared" the parcel leaves customs and it's ready to get on the next available flight.
Until customs acceptance/clearance in your country there's no tracking news.

According to http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php the average arrival time in Canada is 30 days, so expect your parcel in Feb.

seller has 100% sure shipped the parcel RM661890942CN . However, you can not verify who is the real receiver.

As seller is not more an ebay seller, you should open dispute and claim refund. This is the only way to protect your money from cheaters.

the status of my parcel from 2015-12-29 15:12:00.0 till now is the same "Beijing departure".
one week ago i received the goods which i ordered together with this one.

Please assist. i need it ASAP. its very urgent

it's not stuck in china, parcel left china on january 6, now it's in indian customs. delivery takes 10 up to 50 days.
until the parcel is chiacked in your customs there's no tracking update

2. So basically the parcel is On Route to Australia. I would not be surprise if the parcel is actually in Australia and has not yet clear the Australian Customs Office.

3. This is what I get from tracking your parcel on the Australian Post site:
The tracking status 'product not trackable' – or the message, ‘sorry, this item can’t be tracked’ – might be shown for items sent using one of our international services that doesn’t come with tracking as a standard feature.

These include:

Registered Post International
International Economy (Air and Sea)

No track events will be shown for these items. However, if the item was sent using Registered Post International, a signature will be obtained when the item is delivered.
