Hello guys i have an issue with my shipment : RS284047760CN

Is more time i'm waiting and since 16/11/2016 it result in travel for Italy ( my country ) :

2016-10-23 01:13:36.0 parcel center received
2016-10-23 02:22:59.0 parcel center customs scan
2016-10-23 02:32:07.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-10-23 04:39:57.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-10-23 07:22:53.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-10-24 09:32:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2016-10-24 10:19:30.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-11-05 10:55:21.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-05 10:56:08.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-11-16 12:08:16.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan

Do you think is normal this delay? Or Maybe my package is lost???

It is still in normal time frame at this moment. if you can not get the goods by Dec 10, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

1. What china post volunteer Administrator meant was that if you don't see anything on the Italy Post site for your parcel by 10 Dec, then you should open a dispute for your parcel.

RS282438961CN no se nada de este paquete, me puedes dar información, desde el 26 de octubre fue la compra y no me llega

QUIERO SABER QUE HA PASADO CON MI COMPRA, HACE UN MES QUE LA REALICE Y NO SE DONDE ESTA. RS282438961CN

I was given tracking number LT508825166CN from China. I am in the U.S. I was given this a couple of days ago but sent money a week ago. Nothing shows up for tracking information. The seller said it was being shipped EMS. Can you please tell me if valid tracking number and status?

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for a parcel to get register into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then you should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

3. The LT number is what is call E Packet from China Post EMS.

4. Please be aware that parcel to USA can take from 15 to 35 days and sometime more to be deliver.
