Hi,

Its been over 60 days now and i still havent received my package from china. I have called up australia post and they say on their system, that it hasnt even left china yet. Please berify the status of this package, as the aliexpress seller does not want to follow this up nor do they want to refund my purchase.

also, could you please verify if the followimg tracking number is real as i could not get any communication from the seller and i could not track this number

open dispute to seller. the parcel might be lost or returned.

How can the seller find out if the parcel has been lost or returned to them. Do you have a direct phone number they can call to confirm?

you can not know if the parcel is lost or returned.
