hi. please track this parcel. it was sent on 12th january for south china university of technology. but it is not delivered yet. please tell me why it is taking too long. it is still in Guangzhou transit import custom clearly.

2017-01-12 11:21:00.0 arrive Pakistan 伊斯兰堡 Transit Station
2017-01-12 11:23:00.0 leaving 伊斯兰堡
2017-01-12 13:05:00.0 伊斯兰堡 export customs cleared
2017-01-14 13:02:39.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2017-01-14 13:46:38.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2017-01-20 15:49:21.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan
2017-01-21 15:07:53.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

It might be delivered but not updated. You can call your university and check if they received the parcel. If not, ask them contact China Post hot line 11185.

Next time, do not use register airmail to send important documents. China Post delivery for oversea mail has very very high lost rate. Many delivery guy can not read English and deliver the parcel to wrong place. You should use DHL,UPS ,EMS courier service which force the receiver to sign the mail.
