now is rush season. processing takes 2 to 4 weeks longer than regular season. your parcel is ok, no need worry.

noted.btw do u have any idea where is the parcel now? is it already out from china?

you can not know if the parcel has left china or not. Based on my experience , parcel shipped during end of Nov will arrive Malaysia by New year time.
