04043722080 is a China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus ship by China Post to your country.

RB124616320SG is a Register Air parcel from Singapore Post ship to Singapore by the seller possibly courier company to Singapore. When the parcel arrive in Singapore it will be taken charge by Singapore Post.

2. Maybe you should ask the seller who is transporting the parcel to Singapore!!!!!! And why it's taking so long to have the tracking on Singapore Post!!!!
