Hi,

I received an email from Zarafadeal that my item has been shipped with the below tracking number. However, when I tried to track this item, I received an message "No shipping record!" Can someone please check this tracking number and let me know the status and location of my item? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

"No shipping record!" means your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you just got this number, wait one week and track again. Many seller needs one week to restock their inventory, then ship the goods.
