now is rush season. EMS is a little bit slow. wait 5 to 10 more days, it should arrive.

LT475158215CN shows that it was held in customs, is there a problem? My last order from this seller had no problem and never showed this. Please help! Thank you

Also, LT423487777CN, I have had nothing but problems with this, it shows it hasn't moved since the 22nd, can you please give me some information on this and when I may receive it? Thank you for your help!

the parcel has not arrived USA yet. they are all in china airport waiting for airline space to USA. After the goods arrives USA, you can see USA location in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php

I can not predict exact arrival time in this rush season, but based on my experience, EMS(ePacket) parcel might take about 3 to 4 weeks to reach USA receiver during Nov and Dec.

Thank you for the quick reply! Can you tell me why it shows LT475158215CN is held in customs? I don't want them to destroy my package.

LT475158215CN has no problem. it was just shipped on Nov 29. nothing is unusual.

1. You should check USPS site for your parcel.
