I keep getting this error for my tracking #: EA335017618CN
“Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier.”

Where is my package? Has it even been shipped or cleared by customs? I was told by the shipper it already cleared customs and is on the way to US, but there is no record. Is the shipper lying to me?

EA335017618CN is invalid number. your seller did not ship you anything.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.

How do I open a dispute if I sent payment through cash app?

is your app has any buyer protection policy? If no, then you can not open dispute. We always suggest our forum user to use safe payment method which as buyer protection policy such as PayPal, aliexpress, google pay, amazon etc.
