Can you please elaborate what is going on with my package? Did I get scammed or should I be expecting it to get here? It has literally been weeks. Please help if you can.(LS994540307CN)

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LS994540307CN is real. It was shipped on Apr 16. it is waiting flight space from chengdu to LAX. waiting time can take 10 to 20 days.

Thank you so much! I had been thinking I was scammed because it was/is taking so long. Any idea when I should expect it to get here?
