Hello,

I order two orders from China. The tracking number is as following:-

1-RM805198911CN
2- RF045356110CN

For both orders the status hasn't changed its still showing

[Guangzhou] Departure

And this hasnt changed from 15 days now ..

Could you help me are the parcels lost ?? and should i open dispute ?

As the saudi post say they havent recieved these yet ..

status freeze for 2 to 4 weeks is normal, no need panic.
