LT177924662CN hasn't moved since 1/1 please help

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LT177924662CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Jan 1st.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

EA909903550CN hasn't moved since 2nd Jan 2019 please advise

Normally such EMS will arrive South Africa in 2 to 4 weeks. there might be no update status before it arrives S.A.

If you can not get it by early Feb, you need open dispute for lost parcel.
