Hi, it has been one month and I have no update on my order no RJ832896325CN. Please help. I tried to contact India post but they dont have any information and they say that order does not exist for them. Since one month it is showing departed from China, no update after that:(

1. Your parcel departed China:

Beijing airport and left

2. It's up to KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE to scan your parcel to get it to Customs Office to be clear.

3. You might want to look at this for your country India:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

4. Your parcel is fine, you just need to wait for it and track your parcel on the India Post site for any movement.
